Recently I had them come out to repair one of the units & to upgrade my remotes. I was very happy with the input Tarl gave me & the remotes he suggested that would be the best for me! After frustrating weeks of dealing with our cable provider, I contacted Oakville Sight and Sound who originally installed our media centre. In a timely fashion, a Technician (Nelson) arrived and worked over a period of several days, trying to fix the problem. He returned on several occasions and even called in the evening to see if we were making progress. The service provided was beyond the norm and greatly appreciated. We bought an amazing TV which is a bit of a focal point in our facility and their installation team did a great job. We had a minor technical issue post-install and one of their team quickly came over and identified and resolved the issue. Fantastic service! James helped us pick out a package that would work within our budget. Kieran was an awesome technician. The installation was painless despite last minute changes we requested. Kieran received every request with a smile and no problem! He was pleasant and patient explaining how everything worked. Helped me make notes, offered shortcuts to help me maneuver the system.
