I own a bar in Pellham Parkways/Morris Park, and used Juan to fix my gas heater. Even though there was a little confusion in communication, he still came through. He not only fixed my antique fan, but didnt change the price when he found out it would cost him more.Both times I called him; he arrived timely ...the same night (and fixed the problem quickly). My heater is very old, and was inherited with the space. Juan did everything he could to help me replace the fan (which had no information due to age). We had an emergency gas furnace issue last night. We had the pleasure of working with the owner Carlos. Right off the bat he was straight forward with his prices for an emergency night check or tomorrow during the day. We waited till the morning. Carlos gave us a time frame and he came within that time frame. He told us that it was a quick fix and gave us some friendly advice. He fixed our issue in less than an hour. Been using these guys for 3 years now, and the least I can say is that they have always come to the rescue when I've had issues with my home boiler. I was lucky to encounter all above from Carlos of Rite Temp HVAC.I needed to replace my boiler urgently in the middle of the winter. After having some unfortunate experiences with other HVAC contractors, I’ve found and called Carlos after an online search. He replied right way, came the same day to see what was needed. He explained what previous contractors should have done to fix the problem without criticizing them personally.Carlos gave me an estimate, we went over it and agreed on an affordable price for both. Within two days he installed a new boiler with excellent efficiency. Next day, he called me to check if all are working properly. He also assured me that he stands by his work and he offers free boiler maintenance service on the first anniversary of the work.One week after installation, I had a small water leakage issue. Called Carlos. He managed to stop by asap to solve the problem even though he was on tight schedule.I was impressed by his personality, honesty, skill, professionalism and above all, his desire to provide five star service to his customers.
