I highly recommend Luttom Transportation for any reason you may need a dependable ride somewhere that also provides excellent service. The car was clean and bottled water was waiting for us. Luciano monitored my flight from takeoff and saw that my flight had a delay and he notified me that he was watching my flight status. Luciano texted me letting me know that he knew that it would take me some time to get off of the plane and he let me know which door to come out of as well as what color jacket he was wearing and his height,he is tall. He even texted me asking if I wanted something from Starbucks. Now how is that for 5 star service? That made my ride from the airport to my final destination relaxing as I was making this flight for a family member that has an unexpected health need that needed my attention. I already booked Lutttom Transportation to pick me up and drive me to the airport in several days. I booked an Uber first but cancelled that and booked with Luttom Transportation and I am so glad that I did.

Luciano arrived a little ahead of schedule which was perfect. He was professional and very helpful taking my rather heavy bag and stowing it for me. Excellent driver, he negotiated the Boston traffic with ease. I arrived at Logan with more than enough time to get through security and relax before my flight. In addition, their price was the lowest of any airport transportation company in my area. I highly recommend Luttom Transportation for any of your transportation needs. I know I will!

Fantastic service! Pick-up was on time. Communication through out the entire process was perfect. Every detail was professionally executed so there could be no mix up. It all gave me a great sense of security (especially being a somewhat nervous traveler). The ride was exceptional with beautiful clean limo and courteous professional driver.
