Ac of fortworth took a call from me on a Saturday afternoon regarding my 20 year old broken ac unit. My coil was broke and even if I got it fixed, the return system I had would have kept me at 80-85 degrees in this Texas summer heat. Matt said he would show up to my house on a Sunday morning to address the situation. I noticed immediately once he arrived he was an expert in the field, and the fact he showed up on a Sunday in such a short notice ment he cared for me and my family.After deciding to upgrade the unit Matt went the extra mile to ensure the entirety of the system was upgraded. The return chase I had was almost non existent, open to insulation in the walls and dust and whatever else that grows in dark places. He educated me how unsafe this was and how he will completely fix this issue and ensure the safety of the air entering my home.Fast forward to the unit being installed, the techs were great and extremely respectful. The work done for the return was very impressive, ensuring the ducting was completely sealed from any external air in the chase. Now my home is finally cooled and comfortable ! Usually I would be sweating and my bill for this small 1400 sqft home in July/august is nearing 600$. Immediately I can feel much more air flow and a massive difference in my house. The rooms that used to bake in this summer heat are now very comfortable. lastly, kind of a funny thing, I never used to hear my unit cycle off. So when the unit now cycles because it’s keeping up with this heat it’s a funny thing to notice as “out of the ordinary”Thank you AC of fort worth for your expertise and the execution of your team to complete this project for me. I’m very pleased with the scope of work performed by your team and the outcome of their labors. Matt Johnson was extremely informative and provided me several options to replace my worn out unit. We used Matt to help us with some HVAC needs in our game room. He explained all our options thoroughly and we decided on a mini split. Install was fast, price was good and service was excellent! He even stopped by a week later and helped me figure out the remote and how to program it…now that’s going above and beyond! I definitely recommend and we will call again for any other HVAC needs!

Great experience! They replaced two 5-ton air-conditioning units for us this year, and we have been very pleased with their work. Everyone has been respectful, professional, timely, and very clean throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them.
