Awesome adult focused program! Peak has strength, fundamentals, and flexibility clases plus training at the apparatus gym, all geared towards adults. They have a robust program focused on building the basis and foundation to improve at any skill level plus a great atmosphere and community with super friendly coaches. As a beginner I improved so much, from gaining the technique to do a handstands to learning the basis for a summersault, all while having so much fun. I wished I found out about peak gymnastics so lo ago.. I can’t recommend it enough. Less

The instructors are really knowledgable and helpful. They don’t treat you as a beginner and you get to do the same moves as everyone else even though they help you to adjust them for your level. Very friendly atmosphere. Less

Great place for gymnasts of all level to work on any skill you like. The place is well-equipped and they've got classes scheduled in Windsor to work the apparatus. Highly recommended. Less
