I had Legacy Roofing replace my roof in 2011 on my rental property. I just had my first difficult eviction on that home and the neighbors reported that the tennant was on my roof all the time and my fear was that the roof would be a mess from all of the unnecessary foot traffic. I got up on the roof and cleared off toys, shoes, and a bunch of garbage only to find that the roof held up great. It looks like it was installed yesterday! Could not recommend more! They were extremely professional, had all the safe equipment for a very difficult job (steep pitch, large roof, 3 stories on the bench) and they finished exactly on schedule. All the customer service reps were very personable and reliable. I even changed my mind on some heat tape and they took care of me 4 years later! They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy, thank you Andreas!
