Ever since I signed up to join the Forston Consultants family, things have really changed. I have seen some much growth and progress in our business. The guided coaching my husband and I have received has been top tier. Derrick and Shay offer experienced insight on the ILF model all while showing how to make a difference in your community. As our business continues to grow, so do the relationships we have formed in our group of fellow ILF owners. This has truly been a journey that has opened our eyes to so many possibilities.

The strategy call with Derick went great! He was informative, funny and relatable. At no point did I feel rushed through the meeting. I feel more confident about starting my housing program now, than I did before speaking to him. It was worth every penny!

This was my first Zoom and Derek came through with confidence. The concept was simple and powerful, not one boring or sleepy moment,. He delivered with demonstration of referrals and scripts. I love the fact that he spoke life to every person that attended and what made the icing on the cake he let us know it wasn't all about the money, but the heart to help homeless people and please God. He already has a system in place! He ended with prayer and the words YOU CAN DO IT! I didn't have the provision to purchase but I heard the vision and as soon as I get it, I will also become a kingdom HRA soon.

I've tuned into various lives and I follow Forston Consultants on FB and YouTube. I find them to be compassionate about what they do to help the community and other up and coming entrepreneurs. A lot of information across all platforms to either proceed on your own or with their 1:1 coaching.

Forston Consultants gave a very detailed class explaining the ILF business model and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. They provided receipts and solutions. I have been watching their growth for over 8 years and am excited to be working under their guidance and mentorship.
