Docs of Denver has truly been an MVP on the days of unexpected spills. This morning my husband spilled his entire blueberry smoothie all over his office carpet. I called right away AND THEY CAME SAME DAY. Dan specifically has helped us both times at our house and truly is a wizard! Thank you also to Steve who helped me get in same day.

They are truly an amazing company and I’m so glad I found them online. I contacted them a few days ago about sofa cleaning, as a renter and as a person with a Visual impairment, I felt a bit anxious about the whole process, but once I contacted them and explained my needs they have been extremely receptive and super accommodating. Even though at this time I’ve decided to defer services to a later time due to my budget, they are beyond welcoming and have told me to contact them whenever I’m ready and I’m so thankful for them. This makes me want to get my area rug cleaned as well which I might consider, thank you for everything and the beauty of this company is it’s a smaller company so you’ll get that personable feel that a lot of larger companies may not deliver.I will definitely keep their information for when I’m ready, and for anybody who’s renting an apartment they definitely will take care of you.Also, if you have a disability related need or accommodation especially regarding communication, please do not hesitate to let them know as they will take care of you.

We had a wonderful experience with Docs of Denver. We had an emergency -a flood in our basement and a good friend referred us to Docs . Kate was so helpful and she sent Dan out to help us. He cleaned up our basement ,dried it out ,replaced our padding ,cleaned the carpet ,& then at my request ,Dan also cleaned the stairs going up from the basement and our family room upstairs .Today , everything is dry and beautiful for us. Doc's of Denver were terrific to work with. On September 14, we had several projects done including carpet cleaning, tile/grout cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Paul and Dave were excellent to work with - they arrived on time, carefully reviewed the work to be done, confirmed the cost and then completed the work efficiently and above our expectation. WOW! We moved to Denver 4 years ago and I soon had to have 2 major surgeries. So, our rugs were not cleaned for 4 years! The people at Doc's said they would do the best they could do and I understood how dirty the were. We put them down to day and they look like new! Just beautiful! My rugs had never been cleaned and had been through a lot. It was a long turn around time but I was moving so that worked well for me. When the rugs were delivered, they were cleaned beautifully and they look great in my new place. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because I was not told about pickup and delivery fees or I would’ve dropped off and picked up myself because I live close by.

I am very pleased with the exceptional service I received from Doc’s of Denver. Katy, who took my call inquiring about rug cleaning was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made scheduling the pickup and delivery smooth and easy and always on time. Josh, also very friendly, picked up my rug and I believe he was the one who cleaned it. He made it look brand new! Thank you Josh! Jeremy and Dave, again so friendly, delivered the rug and took care to get it down just right. Thank you all for the luxury of a nice clean rug without a single hiccup!
