Appian replaced a 15 year old heat pump for my home. Their quote was very competitive and the work completed quickly and professionally. The heat pump is working well and they came back a few weeks after the install to complete some final bits of work and ensure it is running efficiently. Craig is an honest, very reliable and extremely hard worker. We have used him to move our heat pump 2 times while undertaking a home extension, he was faced with a fiddly and very awkward task of which he completed perfectly.
