This was our first time on the Hilo side of Big Island (been a few times on the Kona side before) and what a great time we had here! Len is a fantastic host. Communication was perfect, questions got answered in no time and on site we had Lyman for any questions or problems. The unit (we were in the right one of the two) is so spacious and wonderfully equiped - there was NOTHING we were missing. A real highlight: the pool along with the jacuzzi. Great when coming back from a trip or hike and then relaxing at the pool. We can 100% recommend this unit to everybody - you won‘t be disappointed. Thanks Len and Lyman for a wonderful time, Mahalo and a hui hou!

We had a great time staying at Len’s place. The house is very clean, comfortable, quiet, nicely appointed and in beautiful surroundings. Lyman and Jacky were both very kind, friendly and helpful. They showed us around the orchard, shared lots of fruits, which we thoroughly enjoyed!

We fell in love with this AirBnB the moment we arrived. The photos listed does not do Len’s property enough justice…We worked from home the entire week and only had intermittent issues with the internet only one day - which was quickly addressed by Len and Lyman. Waking up to the backyard/ocean view and hearing the coqui at night was my highlight, and not to forget about the abundance of fruits they have on their property to enjoy mindfully. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need during a long/short stay. We felt right at home and anytime we stepped out of the AirBnB, we always hurried back to enjoy the calm, privacy, and view.

So grateful to have picked a house with amenities and room/ it rained non stop all 5 days in Hawaii. With all activities outdoors we did not get to do much so having an amazing space to relax was perfect. Super clean on arrival and perfect amenities. We never once had to turn on the AC. The sheep and goat were fun to go talk to and trying all the fruit that was ripe was great. Lyman and Jackie were both very informative and so so kind. My husband got to see their plans for the future and see all of the progress so far. We own a restaurant so we were brought local fruits and a cookbook to go through to try our hands at local cooking. The beds were cozy and had goodPillows.

Wow! Amazing! The home was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub, both of which were in pristine condition. The property manager brought us fresh fruits to enjoy and we also picked tangelos from the garden on site. Delicious! The view was amazing too! There was nothing not to love. So peaceful and clean and everyone was very friendly. Can’t wait to return!!!

Len's house is huge, super clean, and really spacious. Even though it's fully powered by solar energy, it doesn't affect the appliances at all – everything works perfectly! One of the bathrooms has a Toto washlet, which is a bonus! There's a big lawn out back and not far away, the owner have some adorable sheep, goat, rabbits, and other little critters. Lyman is super warm – on the first day, he took us on a small tour of the orchard behind the house and introduced us to all the different fruit trees. At night, there's zero light pollution, so you can clearly see the starry sky – it's stunning. Oh, and fun little detail: during our stay, every morning a female northern cardinal would come peck at the window to wake us up, like she was worried we'd oversleep and miss our plans!
