My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Len’s house. The property was absolutely gorgeous with lush gardens and an amazing ocean view. We enjoyed being back in touch with nature, especially the frogs and geckos in the evening. It was exactly what we were looking for an off grid yet comfortable place to relax and unwind. We will be back!

This house was amazing! Looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice linens and amenities. The view was beautiful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Wonderful scenery, great views, great host. The owner have us a great tour, and we loved being able to pick the fresh fruits from the orchard. Plus, they have über cute baby sheep, and the pool was great. Tons to do in the area, and a great place to come back to at the end of the day for a dip in the pool and some general r & r!

Had a great stay at Len’s place! Beautiful surrounds and some great running trails nearby. The resident sheep gave birth to some baby lambs while we were there which were very cute.

If your vacation goals are swaying palm trees with an unparalleled view of the ocean, combined with idyllic farm like setting, tropical fruit trees, amazing star gazing and an incredible host, this is the booking for you. The Hilo side of the Big Island is for people who are looking to avoid the crowds and see a bit more local flavor. We hiked to the most incredible beach with sea turtles swimming at our feet, ate fresh Ahi Poke, papaya, coconuts and citrus from the property, and ventured to the other side of the island on the two days we had rainy conditions (rain is definitely more common here). Len, Lyman and Tom made us feel right at home. Len gave us a tour of the property our first morning which my husband and I wished we had taken notes it was SO cool! There were so many thoughtful touches- our fridge had fresh fruit from the property and a bottle of Len’s homemade Mead. The view from your lanai is simply paradise. We would 💯 come back to Poili Point!

We just finished a week staying at Len's and absolutely fell in love. The views were breathtaking, the orchard brought smells and a serenity to our stay that we couldn't have anticipated. Len had so many helpful insights on great things to do and places to eat like a local that were delicious! The entire property was beautiful and couldn't be more perfect for our family and our boys especially.
