He explained everything as he went, what he was looking at, what he was checking for, and gave excellent advice on preventative measures for me to take to avoid future issues in the house and things I could do to fix specific issues that might arise.The company itself was great too. Along with a detailed inspection report they sent me informational PDFs about how to take care of my house to keep things running smoothly and even a little month by month preventative maintenance schedule. Also pretty reasonably priced compared to the 3 other company’s I talked to, around $425 but cost extra for water, radon, and mold tests and the sewer scope is another $200. Overall very pleased with them and all the help they provide.

Chad and Ben inspected my soon to be home, he also tested my water quality and did a radon test for my basement. Pricing was reasonable and accepted cash or card. Timing was approx 2 hours(depending on the size of the property and square footage of the home), which was not an issue due to the detailed inspection going over every inch of the inside and outside of the home. Chad was very open throughout the inspection process, during the inspection process they had no issue with showing me and my wife there findings and explained the issues and proper steps to take to fix those issues. VERY knowledgeable and professional! Chad emailed me over my water test results due to them being sent to the lab. (Less then 24-48hrs) after the completion of the inspection. He also sent me over an extremely detailed inspection, including pictures and detailed summaries. I can say this is my first time getting a home inspection, but in the future I plan to use Chad again and I HIGHLY recommend anyone else looking for an inspection do the same! Thank you again Chad for making this process so easy for me and being as transparent as you were. I can now feel confident and safe to purchase my first homes! 😊
