I'm in shock right now. This doesn't even look like the same car. They cleaned my car so well that you couldn't tell that I had dogs and kids in here on a regular basis.Administrative:The customer service was great. We had an open line of communication the entire process. The costs were very competitive. I researched this business against others in the area and they offered the best price and has the best reviews.Service used:1. Tinting - Ceramic tinting. I'll update this review once it gets warm. However, I got the 5% Ceramic tint on all windows except the front windshield, and a 5in 5% Ceramic strip on the front windshield. I can say that it looks amazing from the inside and outside.2. Level 2 Full Detail. The attention to detail meets and exceeds my expectations. They cleaned all of my dogs hair out of the car and added an amazing shine to all of the surfaces in the car. When I opened the door I was met with this refreshing tropical scent.Final note.I commend these guys for their hard work and I would recommend their service without any hesitation. And it's no question that they have my continued business.

My Tahoe’s wheels were pretty beat up from curb rash, so I decided to bring it to 716 Details to see what they could do. They ended up doing a full repair on the damage and completely refinishing the wheels in a slate metallic silver, and the transformation was impressive. The finish looks smooth, even, and way better than before.They also added a long-term ceramic coating to the wheels (rated around 5–8 years) along with a tire coating that should last about a year. The wheels and tires both have a really clean, rich finish now and it makes the whole vehicle stand out more.

716 Details did an awesome job on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I had them install 5% ceramic tint on the sides and rear with 50% ceramic on the windshield, and it came out exactly how I wanted. It adds the perfect amount of privacy while still keeping great visibility and noticeably helps with heat inside the vehicle.The paint on the Equinox had a lot of swirl marks from years of driving, so they recommended a paint correction while it was there. After seeing it finished, I'm really glad I went with it. The paint looks significantly glossier and much more refreshed.Overall a great experience and very professional work.
