Our strata's property management company called Jeremy when we had a pipe burst and it caused a leak in our master bedroom and ensuite. Jeremy called promptly to discuss the situation with us and formed a "game plan". The situation was dealt with in a super timely manner from start to finish and we are pleased with the results.
