I've used Cross Town Movers twice now and both times have had a great experience with their work and customer service. I'm usually stressed and chaotic on moving day, so it was reassuring that Dominic, Donnovan, and Paxton were so chill. They even packed up a few final boxes for me which was really nice; I appreciate how Cross Town Movers does their pricing structure with this as it allows for flexibility if some items still need to be packed. During my first move in Boise several years ago, I was fully packed with the exception of one large, heavy, item that was awkward to lift. The company I hired argued with me over helping me get it in a box because I hadn't requested a "packing" service. Needless to say, I never used that company again, and I hired Cross Town Movers on the recommendation of a friend the next time I moved. My recent move took a bit longer than I anticipated; the crew worked efficiently but the layout of the buildings I moved out of and moved into caused a lot of extra walking time. Still, the guys were very friendly and professional the whole time even though I'm sure they were tired by the end of the day. I'm very happy with this company and I will continue to use their services in the future. I highly recommend Cross Town Movers to anyone looking to hire a moving company.

Crosstown movers put every previous mover service I've used to shame with how quick and easy the process was. Ryan and Gage loaded up my UHaul for me with professional expertise, and were very polite guys. Incredible service I'd use them again if I was back in Boise.I wasn't sure if two movers was going to be enough for my heavier furniture, but they are insanely strong, don't doubt them for a second.
