Megan went above and beyond answering all my questions seeing how I live 2.5 hrs away, she made us feel completely confident throughout the entire transaction and even had a flat of 18 eggs from her farm waiting for us because I mentioned my wife loves farm raised eggs. The owner even talked to my 17 yr old son to share some words of advice and encouragement about owning a small business. Spencer took his time and went over every detail of the trailer and answered any questions. I highly recommend Top Shelf and will buy from them again without question or hesitation.

I am very pleased with my trailer purchase. It is very high quality. I saw where prior videos concerns were addressed and improved upon. They are very focused on building the very best dump trailer and have a very competitive price. Everyone bent over backwards to answer my questions. The options that I wanted were fabricated and installed within a day. The very best customer service!!!!! Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Top Shelf Trailers!Update- I, unfortunately, damaged one of my rear door’s hinges. I called Top Shelf for help! True to their top notch customer service, they had me bring it in and didn’t make me feel terrible. They made it look brand new again (at a very reasonable price). I bought a trailer. I called the manufacturer more than nine times. The first day I used the trailer both of the cheap very lightweight wheat lockdown on the front of the trailer snapped off. I paid a welder to weld new heavy duty lockdown back on the trailer, then called the manufacturer just to ask for the paint color so I could color match it. This was three weeks ago. They have yet to reply. They are the worst manufacturer in the world. Don’t use them. I don’t know why they wouldn’t simply give me the paint color, but it’s the company who does not serve their customers.
