I just had my bi-annual cleaning yesterday and afterwards I thought “this is my ideal dentist experience” Blanket + Netflix helped me totally zone out while I had my teeth cleaned, I hardly noticed it was happening! That’s all I ask for in my dentist! Make it fast, good and painless pls!

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The examination was very thorough, and the dentist took the time to clearly explain the findings and possible treatment options. I appreciated the professional, caring approach and would highly recommend this office.

I couldn’t have asked for better care. My dentist went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible during a difficult procedure. She was patient, compassionate, attentive, and genuinely concerned about how I was doing every step of the way. I’m extremely grateful for her skill and kindness and would recommend her without hesitation.

I have never liked going to the dentist - I have always been anxious around dentists. However, I always end up enjoying my experience at Gifford Family Dentistry.I started coming to Gifford Family Dentistry five years ago. I have worked with both dentists - Dr. Gifford and Dr. Schwab - and both dental hygienists - Amanda and Iris. I have nothing but the best things to say about this practice and those people.It’s clear that one of their main priorities is making sure each patient is as comfortable as possible. There are TVs at every chair so you can watch a show from Netflix with headphones on as you sit back and relax, and there are blankets you can request as well.Something to note for new patients: the room with Amanda’s chair is a lot cooler in temp than the room with Iris’s chair. I’m comfortable either way, but I always bring a sweatshirt in case I’m in Amanda’s chair.I moved from Hillsdale, where the practice is located in SW PDX, up to Vancouver, WA 1.5 years ago. I have continued making that drive to go to this dentistry and have no intention of changing my dentist.On an interpersonal level, everyone there is so kind and cool and fun to work with. I always feel incredibly comfortable and cared for from the moment I walk in.My only “complaint” is that they can book more than six months out for cleanings sometimes - which just means they’re in high demand!
