I've been a customer for over 10 years and once new ownership took over for Winston, who was great to work with, new management has continously made many positive changes. New signage, numerous upgrades, painting the entire facility, landscaping, easier ways to pay and great customer service, not to mention the rates, lowest in town! I'll continue to be a customer and regularly recommend to friends and family when they are in need of extra storage.

My experience was hassle free, fair prices, convenient to get to from any direction, easy access & secure! This place is very clean & prices are very reasonable! We stored here for over 2 years, just moved out & if we ever need to store again, we will definitely choose Ballentine Storage!
