Do not book with them. They don’t care about guests. Only barely managing their property.We booked a 6 night in an entire home through Airbnb and this management company. This is how it went:Property looks exactly like photos. Tops of surfaces, windows, bathrooms clean. Thick dust under large furniture.They do not provide additional trash bags (given two), paper towels (given 1/3 roll), or propane.Upon arrival: broken shower in secondary bathroom. Left 7 guests to one working shower in master.Thick glitter from previous guests on bedding in master and coating pool deck.Problem communicated, but took multiple messages the next day in order to confirm maintenance eta. (Context we have a dog and did not want maintenance entering with dog home alone). We settled on 1pm for maintenance and house keeping to arrive with new bedding. Shower completed by 2pm. Bedding and cleaner did not arrive until 530-6pm. Not as agreed upon.Pool maintenance arrive mid day, mid week to enter home without prior notification. Needed to access interior to get to pool. Children could not swim immediately following and acquired a rash. We were told by the property manager it was okay pool maintenance entered property without notifying us. Unless we had a written note from a doctor, they were not responsible for the rash.Friday 430pm, landscaping arrived for exterior property maintenance. Did not enter interior. Was not notified of scheduled landscaping.Friday 430 pm, unknown man opened and entered garage. We contacted host. Host did not know who it was. Owner of property contacted. Miscommunication from owner to property management group, which did not notify guests.Delayed us from leaving the home due to dog in home, anxious of unknown person in garage behind interior door.Saturday we were contacted by host as a package was supposed to arrive to home and someone named “Ryan” was supposed to come to pick it up.I responded with “no thank you, no interruptions today” At this point we had already had 5 strangers enter the property in less than a week stay. The host replied with, “he is coming, but will not bother you”.Daily interruptions and complete lack of privacy in this home. Host responds with “maintenance needs for the property need to be completed.” They do not care about guest interruptions during vacation.Every day I had to message the host back and forth. I do not want to do that while on vacation.We booked this home for privacy with 3 young children needing naps and a dog.My husband took a call on our last evening with the property management group. They were apologetic, but did not take responsibility for the issues we encountered. We will not stay here again.We don’t enjoy a vacation constantly worrying someone will enter the home without us there and our dog by himself.Also their communication is mostly automated text so don’t expect genuine responses to problems.Multiple requests for refund not accepted through Airbnb. Refund requested due to continual daily interruptions and time spent having to communicate with host about their interruptions instead of enjoying vacation.
