I started taking the .pop up single classes in Woodland Hills. You'll have to go to the website to find it. It's great for beginners like myself because of the friendly community. I especially like the single classes because I can go as many times as I want without committing to a series of classes, but it's encouraging me to give the other classes a try!

I had a blast in the 8 week music video course, at Groove Zone in Kingsgrove. Teacher James Dean was so welcoming, and created a fun, team atmosphere. I left every class smiling and excited for the next one. I have enrolled in the next terms course and am enjoying the pop up classes during the holiday break!I definitely recommend joining Groove Zone!

This class is for any age, and even if you haven’t danced before. Day one/week 1 most starters were stiff and un-coordinated but by the last class - (class8), you could see everyone moving there body in ways they probably hadn’t moved before. Great for your brain to remember sequences and enjoyment in grooving to music again. If you missed a class a video of the sequence was available so you could keep up the next week. It leaves you wanting to do the next level. The teacher was Amazeballs! So much fun and just a cool thing to learn

I grew up dancing and have been desperate to find a fun and welcoming place to dance again - enter Groove Zone!! I’m beyond thankful to have found such an amazing community. I feel so lucky to be a part of their classes because you can tell they care about each person, and they know exactly what they can help you with, depending on your dance skill level. I was nervous and self-doubtful starting in Level 1 but it’s honestly been so much fun. The teachers (Anna, Maria, Shannon and Phillipe) are amazing and the community is super wholesome. Highly recommend for feeling more comfortable in your body, getting weekly exercise and making new friends :)

I hadn’t danced in public in a while. I needed a safe space to land. Manuela at Groove Zone was so fun and warm and the whole class was smiling, laughing and grooving by the end of warmup. Then we all crushed the choreo! It was so lovely, can’t wait to take another class

A great community full of support from staff and students that encourages you to go for it and find your groove! I had so much fun at the Groove Zone level 1 hip hop class for adults. Maria is dynamic and brings positive energy. She made the classes exciting every week with her great choice of hip hop music. Highly recommended for both fitness and dance techniques.
