I haven’t danced in years and wanted to join a dance class geared towards adults.Groove Zone is the perfect place to have fun in a judgment free zone while also learning new moves (and getting a good workout in). Because of Groove Zone, I was able to perform for places I didn’t even think was possible such as the South Bay Lakers and WNBA. Yolanda and Manuela really dedicate a lot of their time and effort for us, even adding in extra practices, to make sure we are confident during our performances. Groove Zone is the best!

Yolanda has a gift for seeing who a person is, understanding their goals and how they learn and creating moves, meaning and associations that get them to have fun, learn and improve. I really enjoyed the private lesson and am excited to keep dancing and practicing!!
