This class is for any age, and even if you haven’t danced before. Day one/week 1 most starters were stiff and un-coordinated but by the last class - (class8), you could see everyone moving there body in ways they probably hadn’t moved before. Great for your brain to remember sequences and enjoyment in grooving to music again. If you missed a class a video of the sequence was available so you could keep up the next week. It leaves you wanting to do the next level. The teacher was Amazeballs! So much fun and just a cool thing to learn

This is my 2nd time working with Yolanda virtually and she’s an amazing coach. She really knows when to be analytical and her feedback is very invaluable. She is very encouraging and also recognizes my blind spots for improvement. I wasn’t noticing a lot of my stage performance hiccups but when I was doing it virtually with Yolanda I started to adhere to her feedback and was able to enhance my performance to greater heights ! 5 star coach ! I definitely will be booking her again !!

I started in Level 1 at Groove Zone with Yolanda and Phillipe and quickly moved up to Level 2 with Phillipe within the term! They were both very supportive with my change of levels and recommended it. I really appreciated their flexibility with this! The community and teachers energy at groove zone is also something I’ve never experienced before in my 15+ years of dancing! I was driving over an 1hr to make these weekly classes for this reason. If you are wanting to get out of your comfort zone, while having SO much fun, in a very relaxed and authentic community, groove zone is your place 🙏🏼✨ Thank you Yolanda & Phillipe! Olivia

Groove Zone with Anna Que was such an amazing experience!!! This is my first time doing hip hop dance and it brings me so much joy. I love the performances at the end of each term with great video editing. I will highly recommend Groove Zone in the Kingsgrove dance studio. Parking is super easy.

I went to Yolanda because I was preparing for an audition with Universal Studios. I hadn’t performed (and danced) for a while… so I was rusty!!! Yolanda made me feel really comfortable from the beginning and gave me the confidence I needed to KILL the audition! But most importantly she gave me practical vocal and dance tips that I could use to improve and polish my overall performance. I still use those tips she gave me! And I got offered the part!!! Booking a performance coach session with Yolanda before my first performance after the Covid pandemic gave me the preparation and confidence and I needed to hit the stage! Her expert guidance helped me every step of the way and allowed me to rediscover my love for performing live and connecting with the audience.
