So happy with our service from Ruffel & Brown. One of our blinds broke just before a trip. We brought it in and they advised that repairs were running 2 weeks out. We told them that we were leaving in a few days and they said they would do their best. And they did! We got the blind back the day before our trip!!! Thank you to the team and Ruffel and Brown!!!
