Very proffessional, after sales service about warranties is highly satisfactory. They are standing behind you for the warranties they provided. Highly recommended.

It was pleasure doing business with Eli motors. They even expedited my car delivery since i was traveling. So far very prompt with every query. The whole process went quite smooth.

I purchased a car from them in Sep 2026, even though I live almost 2 hrs away. I saw all the photos of the vehicle on their website & they were detailed. I also followed up with a phone call to Eli to confirm there was no damage other than the few scratches I saw on the photos. Communication with Eli great, and there were no surprises when I picked up the car.

Great people to work with! We were coming from out of town, and Eli and the team went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy as possible without requiring us to make the 3-hour drive. They provided detailed walk-around videos and photos, answered all of our questions, and handled the paperwork entirely through email. Once everything was finalized, they even delivered the vehicle right to us.The vehicle was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The entire experience was easy, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish. Thanks again to Eli and the team! I would definitely recommend these guys — they’ll take great care of you.

I would like to thank the entire team at Ellis Motors for the excellent service I received when purchasing my SUV. From the very beginning, they were professional, honest, and responsible. They always answer the phone, respond to any questions, and are available whenever I need help. What impressed me the most is that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and do everything they can to make sure their customers are happy. This is a dealership you can truly trust, and they stand behind their customers even after the sale. I highly recommend Ellis Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle and outstanding customer service. Thank you for such a great experience!
