We took our 18 year-old Toyota Prius to Satellite Motors after having used another mechanic for years. Satellite Motors first did a comprehensive check of our vehicle and discovered many deferred maintenance items. They worked out a plan to address those over a several month period. Satellite Motors provided cost estimate ahead of time, informed of unanticipated parts needed and costs, parts were ordered from various sources (due to being an old car and many services were provided), cost was as expected. Preventive services were also provided. Mo, the owner, is a straight and honest shooter. After major services, vehicle runs excellent.

He sends me videos and photos of what needs immediate repair. I went ahead with recommended as I don't want to over spend a lot with New mechanic at this point and wanted to see and feel the difference. Well Mo team pass my test and plan to stick with them for other services. For quite some time I experienced gap of power from truck at complete stop to gasup. Mo recommended meBG109 service and I could see immediate chance in pickup, I was impressed. With complete inspection in 2020 Mo team recommended me replace fronts struts as they were leaking, I didn't get them done and continued to drive around cross country hauling my trailer around. I could feel every bump on the road. Finally got them changes and I must say my truck now feels like new. It handles way way better. They recommended new service for rear-axle leak, again send me pics and videos and I went ahead and got that done as well. I did check personally for the leak getting under the truck lol. Yep my trust is hard to get. For me or anyone what matters the most is Transparency, trust and love for their work, these guys certainly deliver that. If you have a Toyota, this is where you should be going. After a year or two of unpleasant experiences at the dealer, I was so happy to find Satellite Motors. They do great work, are reasonable, and they know all their customers by name. Plus, they are next to an awesome coffee shop -- Kaldi's.

If there was a way to give them 10 stars instead of 5, i would. Thats how great they are. Everything from checking in my car, to final pick up, is always a smooth process. I've received over 7 years of excellent Lexus service/repair for my gs300. Routinely they have diagnosed and fixed issues that even the dealers couldn't. Satellites owner and mechanics are qualified, competent and fair. When I absolutely need the job done right I would not take my car anywhere else. Period.
