My experience has been good.I had an issue with being on auto delivery and learned my price was 20 cents higher than other suppliers. The customer service person arranged to have my price adjusted this one time. I will not be very happy if the price I am charged is considerably higher than competitors moving forward.

Never any problems with Tevis.Always great service.

So seamless. Propane just shows up when needed. I don’t have to worry and the team is always responsive and professional if I do have a question. A+

They are very dependable

From online access to all the details of our personal account and Tevis's ability to keep track of knowing when we need a refill so we don't have to keep checking if we're low on heating oil or not, their service is the best we have ever received. They go beyond our highest expectations. We would recommend Tevis to everyone!

They are always courteous and fill up before needed so we do not have to call.

Tevis came just as they promised. The fuel delivery person was very professional. He even stopped to replace a piece of wire fencing that he had to remove to get fuel hose to the fuel tank. I couldn't be more pleased with the overall job.
