UPDATE:A huge thank you to Sergio and Alyssa for helping to fix the issues with our floor. Our air ducts were cleaned, my mom’s carpet was cleaned, and even more importantly, the chip in the stair nose was fixed. Not only was the chipped piece replaced, they addressed the corner pieces that didn’t line up correctly showing the white below which didn’t look great against the wood grain. We also had an issue with some pieces not fitting correctly in our family room, and Manny came back and replaced the problem boards and addressed the main cause creating the issue. It’s amazing how some small fixes make a big difference. We’re really happy with the outcome!OriginalThe floors and baseboards really make the house look beautiful and updated. I really like the floors. They are very beautiful and we get lots of compliments on them. The base board installation was exceptional as they did a really artistic fix for the entry step down.However, the company does not communicate well. At the point of sale, the company said they had all the product ready to go. They did not. The floors were installed starting about a 1 1/2 weeks later than planned when we were on a moving time crunch. The person scheduling was abrupt and not pleasant to work with. I had to call repeatedly to get the stair nose installed and when it was chipped when it was installed. The installed covered it up with blue tape when he took pictures and we did not discover the chip until we removed the tape after the instructed timeline.As a part of the sale package, we were to get the vents cleaned because of the dust from tile removal, my mom’s room carpets were to get a free cleaning after 6 months, and any issues with the install could be addressed within the 1st year. It is getting to the end of the 1st year, and any time I call, I speak to a really nice representative who will pass on my information and no one gets back to me. The chip on the stair nose has been there since August. I texted pictures to the installer and never heard back. Called one other time in the fall and nothing. Trying again now to get it addressed.

Floor Daddy has been a fantastic company to work with. Their installation crews are efficient, respectful, and were incredibly mindful that I was working from home. The installation managers Cheryl and Alyssa were helpful in scheduling dates, coordinating times, and following up with progress. With our first baby on the way, they helped replace flooring that was close to 30 years old so we can have safe and clean floors for our growing family!

The crew that did the floor installation did a spectacular job and we were very happy with the final results. Sergio also followed up after it was installed to make sure there were no issues.

We had wood vinyl tile installed about a month ago. The craftsmanship of the installers was superb as was the customer service and follow through. Some companies forget you exist after you pay them but Flooring Daddy doesn’t. A few weeks later we had a minor issue with one tile and the same installer, Omar, came out and fixed it within an hour. We are so happy with our new floors. Our previous carpet was two decades old and now our home looks brand new. We highly recommend Floor Daddy if you are looking to get some work done on your floors. Thank you Floor Daddy!! In this day and age it’s so refreshing to work with a company like yours.

We could not be happier with our new floors! They turned out even better than we imagined, and I am so glad we were shown this color.
