Had LVP flooring installed with new painted baseboards and replaced carpeting. Overall, happy with end result—workmanship was excellent. Floors are level and well-cut, seams are tight, transitions look smooth, baseboards neatly painted and installed, and carpet is stretched properly with no visible issues. That said, last-minute product availability and crew issues caused unexpected delays and frustration. While the company is generally responsive, we experienced no-show incidents with no communication from the company. A plus: The owner actively reaches out to customers, so we felt confident any issues would be resolved satisfactorily. It’s also important we thank Tracy and Sergio! Bottom line: Great quality, competitive prices — stay proactive and allow extra time to avoid frustration.
