We had an excellent experience with Floor Daddy, and I can't say enough great things about our Project Supervisor, Manny, and Francisco.From the very beginning, Manny was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Every concern or question we had was met with patience, understanding, and a genuine desire to make things right. He listened carefully, showed empathy throughout the entire project, and never hesitated to resolve any issues we brought to his attention.Since we were completing several other home improvement projects at the same time, we had to pause and have the flooring team return later to finish the job. Manny was extremely accommodating and worked with our schedule without making us feel rushed. When it came time to complete the project, Francisco stepped in and continued that same level of exceptional customer service. He was kind, responsive, detail-oriented, and addressed every item we pointed out with care and professionalism.The finished floors look amazing! Not only did the team do outstanding work, but they also cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. As an added bonus, we received professional duct cleaning and floor cleaning, which was greatly appreciated. Manny even took the time to educate us on the best cleaning products and tools to use so we can properly maintain our new floors for years to come.It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers from start to finish. I had seen that Floor Daddy offered a dustless tile removal so I called. The moment the gentleman came out to give us a quote. He was so easy-going and I was sold. Cheryl was our coordinator for the job and was available every time I had a question. I highly recommend this company and I wish I had known them before. Floor Daddy went the extra mile. I am so very happy with my floors. They did a great job and kept coming back until it was done. 7 areas of upgraded lament flooring and 2 rooms of upgraded carpeting. I would definitely recommend them for your flooring needs. They are fairly new but they are determined to make sure that you are happy and their pricing is reasonable and fair.I would like to add a special note regarding Alyssa Voll. Alyssa is Floor Daddy's ace in the whole and I can't thank her enough for all her dedication and help she provided us. She is a definite asset to the company. Thank you Alyssa Voll!

I had a wonderful experience at Floor Daddy today. I was shopping around for flooring options for my elderly mother and was having trouble finding the Floor Daddy depot when I got out of my vehicle. A young man named Sergio noticed that I seemed to be looking for something and kindly approached me to see if I needed assistance.Not only did Sergio personally show me where the Floor Daddy depot was located, but he was also incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel welcomed from the moment we spoke. His customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression.Although we are still in the planning stages of our project, this positive experience has made our decision much easier. These guys are not the cheapest in town, but the install was great and customer service was checking in on us frequently during the whole process, and again afterwards to make sure we were happy. They also didn't nickel and dime us with extras, and moving furniture was included which often costs extra. Overall a good experience!

Floor Daddy is AMAZING!! Great communication from start to finish! I absolutely LOVE my vinyl plank flooring! Sergio and Richard came over yesterday to make sure I was happy and both went above and beyond and was very thorough with explaining my warranty BEFORE signing off on the completion. I will definitely be recommending this company and already have! Not only is this a great company but I feel like I made new friends! Thank you so much Floor Daddy!
