I am fully aware that your installers were engaged to install the sign. However, the sign supplied was larger than the agreed size. In order to make it fit, the installer cut and sealed a waste pipe to create space for the sign board. As a direct result, there was no proper pathway for water to escape, which caused the roof over the bathroom at Chai Nashta to flood. This damage occurred because of the actions taken during the sign installation. The individual who took the order and handled the arrangements was named Sukh. After payment was made and the issues arose, he became unreachable and did not return to resolve the problems.I have photographic and video evidence showing the oversized sign fitted over the existing one, the altered waste pipe, exposed live wiring without a junction box, and the resulting damage. These are factual observations.I am willing to provide all supporting evidence directly so this matter can be properly investigated and resolved. Until that happens, my review will remain as an accurate account of my experience.UpdatedUnfortunately, I have to warn others about this company. They took £1,650 and failed to complete the job properly. They brought the wrong size board and simply stuck it on top of the old one. This not only added unnecessary weight but made the installation unsafe — if it falls, someone could be seriously injured. We have tried calling them many times, but all we received were fake promises. No one ever came back to fix the issues. On top of that, they cut one of the waste pipes and sealed it incorrectly, which caused the entire bathroom to flood. They also left live electrical wires exposed without installing a junction box. This is extremely dangerous.Overall, this has been a complete nightmare and a serious safety risk. I will be uploading photos as evidence. If these issues are not fixed, this review will remain. I did not want to take this step, but I was left with no other choice.
