Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I would not recommend this company based on my experience. What should have been a straightforward home restoration project following water damage turned into an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The quality of the workmanship was not what I expected. The carpet has noticeable bubbles, and the seams are clearly visible. The new doors installed were also not what was originally promised or agreed upon. For the amount of money spent, I expected professional workmanship and the products we had discussed. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop with the work itself. Communication and customer service were equally disappointing. I had to reach out multiple times to try to get answers and resolve outstanding issues, often receiving no response at all. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to repeatedly chase down a company to get basic communication. There was also a disputed additional charge for a door and frame. The company eventually agreed to a $300 refund, but even getting that resolved was a battle. I had to ask multiple times and ultimately threaten legal action before they followed through and issued the refund. That is absolutely unacceptable customer service. Having to deal with home repairs after water damage is stressful enough without having to fight for quality workmanship, basic communication, and commitments the company has already made. A company should stand behind its work, communicate with its customers, and honor its promises without customers having to threaten legal action. Unfortunately, this company fell short in all of these areas. Based on the quality of the work and the lack of accountability throughout the process, I would not use this company again and would strongly encourage others to consider their options before hiring them.

Logan and his crew put up a large pole building. They worked almost every day until the job was done. Communication was daily with updates and questions as to how we wanted things done. Another company did the roof and communication was poor and mistakes were made. I would definitely recommend them and will give a good reference.
