Their drop off and delivery service is great and really helpful for working customers. I’ve never had a problem with things like broken buttons and stains like I’ve had at other dry cleaners.

Outstanding service and the quality of dry cleaning is excellent! I have been looking for a dry cleaner of this caliber.I used a dry cleaner in Mount Pleasant and swear I think they washed my precious cashmere sweaters in a washing machine since they came back looking like a wet dog! Dixie Cleaners is top notch. The care for the garment down to individual bags for each item is wonderful. They have just won a new customer!

This company has been amazing. The clothes are well cleaned. They always text you when they pick up the clothes. And also when they deliver them. So you know the status of your order. We just moved into a condo and they had to figure out where to deliver our clothes too since there was no place to put them in the main foyer. They graciously took them up to our condo and put them on our door knob. But they checked with me first to make sure it was OK.Fantastic customer service!

Dixie Cleaners' drop-off and pick-up service is the best. They are so easy to contact and work with. Dixie does a great job cleaning, and letting you know when a garment might be at risk of being damaged - I had them call me once to explain the risk in getting a stain out of a shirt, and after I gave them permission to move forward, they got the stain out and my shirt is better than ever. Highly recommend them! They really care!
