Wonderful boutique style personal training gym. I've had a lovely experience training with both Justin and Chrissy. The sessions are in an intimate setting and personalized to your needs. Everyone has their own custom routines established for their own goals. They are very accommodating and great trainers who truly care. They do a great job of creating a nice environment. They even have a suite for one on one assisted stretching, shout out to Af! Take it from someone who hates the gym, I love coming here. Good availability and parking lot is a plus. Something told me to join this facility. I kept seeing the gym on Instagram and one day I reached out to Justin. Best decision thus far! I am in the midst of grieving a devastating loss but staying consistent with my attendance has added some light again in a dark place. The small group setting is amazing and brings a great group energy nonetheless. Feeling so much stronger mentally and physically has been truly beneficial. This is the place to be! 💪🏾💯

My happy place! 🥰 I started coming to Jayfit and working with Justin and Chrissy in September of 2024. After losing 80 plus pounds on my own, I needed to put on some muscle and Jay has helped me and continues to help me achieve my goals and pushes me to keep going! I never woke up excited to work out until I came here. Lifting and strength training has changed my life and I’m learning so much along the way! I am the in the best and strongest shape of my life at 48 years old. The best investment was the one I made for myself and my health and fitness. I feel amazing!

Went to JayFit to get my body composition scanned using a Styku 3D Body Scan. The closest thing to a DEXA Scan without radiation. Removing the guesswork and adding objective numbers other than weight (lb) to my fitness journey. Couldn’t find a better offer on the island.Great price, great guy. 5 ⭐️

As you get older every day you wake up and something else hurts! Not anymore! Thanks to Justin, I have reduced or eliminated body inflammation and chronic pain from natural degeneration and/or prior injuries. He continually works to create a custom workout plan to support both your strengths and to protect and rehab where needed. It is great atmosphere to train - easy and supportive!

Justin has been a great personal trainer to get me back on track with my weight training and fitness journey post-divorce. His rates are reasonable and his group training sessions are small enough where you feel you can do your own workouts without feeling cramped.Justin’s process is very thorough and he checks in regarding any prior injuries and gives helpful feedback to adjust your positioning so that you complete the exercises safely. Even during group sessions he does a great job of making sure everyone is attended to and supported so that we all meet our personalized JayFit workout goals for the day. Excellent training and fitness facility. Justin is an amazing knowledgeable trainer who will help you reach your goals. The studio is modern, the equipment is top notch and there's even a shower! I like the small group training with individualized programs set each day on an iPad. Justin creates challenging workouts that change often and it's a fun positive community environment where all are welcome. Highly recommend!!
