My sciatica was bothering me so bad it was making it very difficult to live a normal life, at least to move normally without pretty bad pain. It was limiting the things I could do and even making it hard to do my job at times. After about three months of going to Action, Spine and Joint regularly (2 to 3 times weekly), the pain is now gone and now I just go once a week. The staff there is super friendly and accommodating and the Dr. Casey and Dr. Jamie are amazing! I see why they were voted the Best Chiropractic office in Nashville for many years. Would highly recommend them!

I was looking for relief from constant upper back pain but didn’t feel comfortable getting a traditional adjustment. At 67, with some osteoporosis, I wanted something gentler.Dr. Jamie uses a computer-assisted device called the Pro Adjuster 360. The treatment was quick, painless, and exactly what I needed. I felt noticeable improvement after just one visit, and my upper back finally had some relief. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Dr. Bearden now for more than 30years and have referred countless people to his clinic, always with great feedback. When I initially came in I couldn't stand up straight. Within just a few treatments I was back to doing the things I need to do without any pain or drugs needed. To this day, I choose to come in for maintenance as I have noticed that without the periodic adjustments to my joints, things just don't work like I need them to. As long as I stay on top of things without waiting for a crisis situation, I am good to go well into my 60s. Dr. Bearden says I am truly one of his OGs and I am glad to be. -Penny Lane

I love this chiropractic facility . The moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted. The facility is modern and equipment is state of the art. The two doctors are phenomenal in treating you.
