I came with a loved one for a follow up appointment & The first red flag was being hit by the toxic smell of Glade plug ins as soon as you walk in the door, Anyone in the health and wellness field knows how absolutely harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are for your health. We should have left then....Next we saw the Chiropractor (Dr. Jamie Haefele) who was nice but spoke to us more in slang and referenced "Tik Tok "several times during the appointment which did not make us feel like we were in competent hands.Lastly, We paid for a copy of an X-ray to be put on a disc and when we went to another doctor for a second opinion - there was NO IMAGE on the disc, I called and asked for them to please email the image and the woman on the phone was not too friendly about doing that.Bottom line, The whole interaction from start to finish was odd. If you are used to quality medical care, I would skip this place.

I have loved the way this clinic treated me throughout my time here for treatment after a really bad accident! They are like family to me! Gabby, Stacy, and Tiffany always met me with a smile and great conversation as did Dr. Jamie aka Dr. J! They were always so welcoming and I highly recommend them to anyone who may need this service. Excellent care, concern, and professionalism!

I cannot recommend Dr. Bearden and Dr. Jamie enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Dr Josh literally changed my life! I had severe lumbar spinal stenosis. Nothing helped, I tried PT, exercise, pain injections, EVERYTHING. The only thing that gave me relief was massive amounts of NSAIDS. Some days my back would lock up, and I would have to call into work. Some days I could barely tie my shoes. I did their 3 month program and 2 years later I am still pain free for the most part. He told me that he would probably only be able to improve my pain by 50%. He sold himself extremely short. I’m back in the gym, running, and living my life again. I’m 34 now and thought I would never be able to be without pain again. Thank you to Dr Josh and all of the staff at Action Spine and Joint! I still recommend these guys, and I live in Mississippi now!!

I highly recommend Action Spine and Joint! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. After being involved in a motor vehicle accident, I experienced severe neck pain along with tingling and numbness in my arms. I cannot say enough amazing things about Action Spine & Joint. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now, and they have completely changed my life. I was dealing with a compressed spine issue and was originally facing the possibility of surgery. After only about three months of treatment here, they completely fixed the issue naturally.The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Every visit feels uplifting, and you can tell they truly care about their patients and helping people heal. The doctors are knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.I’m beyond grateful for this place and would recommend them to absolutely anyone dealing with pain or spinal issues.
