Can't begin to say, how incredibly pleased I am with this company. Yesterday, where my rear view mirror is, the windshield cracked in numerous places. This was on a friday in the morning. I called the company, left a message. I immediately got a text saying that Reid was busy, but would call me back soon and he did!! I explained the problem to him and texted him a couple of pictures. Unfortunately, the glass couldn't be repaired, so I needed to get a replacement. Asked him if it was possible to do it today or saturday as we were going away on monday. He went out of his way to get a technician to fit it into their schedule that day to get it replaced. Joel, the technician arrived quickly at my house as I chose to have it done there. He had the replacement glass with him, but he didn't know that mine was a heated one. They had one in stock and within less than a couple of hours, he was back with the new one and replaced it. Joel was very skilled, highly efficient, quick, competent and friendly. It took a lot of care with my car to fit the window in properly and then gave me all the instructions on how to handle things for the next few days. I was actually very shocked at how reasonable the cost of this replacement was. If you need your car windows fixed or replaced, I highly recommend them.

While on a road trip my windshield was hit by something hard enough to cause a few chips so once I returned home I went online to request some quotes from the various glass repair/replace companies in Las Vegas. I saw that CEI was locally owned so that was my first pick and shortly after I submitted my request I received a text from Reid requesting a picture of the chips. He provided me with a quote which was very affordable, the option of mobile or on-site repair, and gave me the freedom to set the appointment time that met my needs. I opted for the on-site repair at their location the following day and could not have been happier with the service I received. Met both Reid and Raymond who are so friendly and professional. I was offered water and was fully advised of the repair process, and behavior of windshield chips etc. The work took maybe 25 minutes and I was on my way. I will definitely return for any auto glass repair/replacement needs, and have already passed on the company name to family and friends for any of their needs in the future. After the regulator I provided failed a day after install, Ray came back out two more times to remove and reinstall a new one with no additional charge. These guys are skilled, experienced and professional.

I was on a road trip, passing through Las Vegas, and wanted to get a chipped windshield repaired. I was in town for the week, and I needed to get my front windshield replaced due to pitting. The guys at CEI got me taken care of! I wasn't sure if they would be able to get me in so fast, but I had an appointment in two days. Installation was a breeze too. Great customer service. Friendly people. After some rescheduling due to my schedule, I agreed to an 8am-10am window. The technician was early. So kind of a plus, unless one is still sleeping, like I was. 100% on me. But all I needed was a chip repair, and the finished result looks great. The company charged $89 for the service, to where Safelite wanted $160. I would highly recommend these guys.

I had a glass replacement today on a Toyota Tacoma. The quote was very fast, within two days. Everything was done via text message. This was very efficient.
