We’ve used the service dozens of times over the last year + that we have lived in the east coast, and even several times to arrange transportation for family and friends visiting us. Drivers are always early, so we’re never stuck waiting, and they even wait for us (when we’re running a little behind). They load and unload our luggage and usually provide door to door service. They provide us with bottled waters so we are hydrated and can enjoy the ride, they drive safely and match the vibe you give. If you want a nap time experience, your driver will get you set. If you want a pre-game/pre-party vibe, they’ll get the music and the setting going. And anything in between. It’s always such a comfort knowing that paramount limo has me and my loved ones in luxury and safety. Carlos, the owner, is an amazing person and driver. He personally took myself and my mother down to NJ from CT in a time of crisis. He showed us the utmost care and respect. I have been extremely and tremendously impressed with Carlos and Paramount. I’ve done over 200 trips with them and they are all 5 stars. I would never use anyone else.My favorite driver is Renalto. He is ALWAYS on time and most of the time he’s 15 min early.They track my flights coming and going to they know exactly when I land and takeoff. When I have issues with plane delays / cancellations they are there to help. Carlos runs his business with extremely customer service and car. My family has been using Paramount many years for both business and personal trips. We have never had a bad experience. The drivers are professional and courteous, and the vehicles are spotless. They keep in constant contact through text and phone calls. You always have access to your driver. When flights are early, late, or delayed, they are always there. On a couple occasions when we were able to catch earlier flights, we can call them and they will adjust schedules and have someone pick us up early. We won’t use anyone else.

Yet again, Paramount Limo came through with flying colors. Had to ask them for a pick-up at JFK from my flight from Tokyo, kind of short notice, but they handled it perfectly. The driver, Renato, who has driven my wife and me before, had already texted me that he was waiting, despite our flight arriving early. He brilliantly navigates JFK, getting to a convenient pick up spot at Terminal 7. Carlos runs a customer focused business. This is never more evident than when Paramount quickly pivots when there are flight delays or cancellations.
