Sarah was wonderful and amazing! I don't think I'll ever take my babies to a groomer place again. She took her time and care with both of my babies. Both of them are nervous nellies, they struggle getting in the car, shaking and stressed at the groomers and leave my car a mess every time they need a groom. Sarah knew exactly how to allow my babies to come to her, wasn't nervous when they barked at her, and she even carried one of my nervous/scared babies into the van! It usually takes them forever to settle down after the groomers, but both my babies went down for naps after. For the attention to detail, them coming to my home, the picture updates during their service, the customer service and my babies not being stressed, the price is 100% worth it. I think we will definitely be returning customers!

I had a very easy, thoroughly planned experience with Kontota Mobile Grooming. I let them know about the behaviors of my dog, what motivates her through tough situations (i.e., she is very food-driven), the days I would be available for scheduling, and the specific services I was looking for my girl, Snapple. My dog is a senior dog so she is very stuck in her ways and has anxiety over things that she does not enjoy. They were straight-forward about any potential extra fees and cancellation, and responsive to any additional questions I had.When it came to the day of, Callie was in charge of grooming Snapple, and gave me an ETA during the arrival period. She showed up with a positive attitude, and handled Snapple’s initial barking very well. I felt very comfortable to hand her off to be in the care of someone I didn’t know. During the appointment, Callie sent me a picture of Snapple, and she seemed very calm! By the end, I noticed a huge shift in Snapple’s demeanor around Callie. She was wagging her tail, and calmly pacing around in Callie’s presence. I am really appreciative that Callie worked with Snapple and helped her get the best cleaning.Snapple has very short hair, and her fur felt so soft and thoroughly cleaned. In addition, she had a great vanilla smell to her. The nails were our biggest issue to deal with, but Callie handled it with precision and ease. I am very thankful because now, Snapple can walk comfortably!!Thank you again for everything :)EDIT (8/22) I am happy to write again that Callie at Kontota Mobile Grooming never disappoints. Her services have always been consistent every time I schedule an appointment for Snapple! Snapple gets more relaxed with baths and nail trimming, and she smells so good after. Thank you Callie!

Alejandro did such an amazing job with our dog Lulu. She is a senior dog and has never been to a groomer and hated her nails touched. Alejandro was so patient with her and Lulu came out so clean and her nails trimmed. I feel like she had a “spa day” experience. We will use Alejandro for all of her grooming needs in the future.

I found Kontota today on google in the search for a new mobile groomer for my rescue pitbull, Nala. I was able to schedule a same day appointment with ease. I was also impressed by the amount of services for the price. My groomer, Sabrina, arrived timely and did an amazing job. The groomer arrive full of energy, friendly and ready to take care of my senior dog. I was nervous at first because my baby had never been groomed by a mobile groomer and I knew he would be anxious. We put him in the truck and the Jonathan went to work on my baby. I was in the house just wondering what was going on and a text popped up! It was a picture of my old man, he sent 2. Receiving those pictures really made my heart smile. I know everything was A-OK! This was my dog’s best grooming experience, EVER!

We had such a wonderful experience! Bella came in looking like a little shaggy pup and left looking absolutely adorable. The groom was exactly what I asked for… the teddy bear cut is perfect, and they paid attention to every detail. She smells amazing, her coat is so soft, and her face is trimmed beautifully. Today was my first time using Kontota Groomers. They were incredible! The scheduling was extremely easy and the availability was great! I was able to schedule an appointment the same week, which was awesome seeing that my dog was desperate for a haircut. Korie, our groomer, did a fantastic job on my dog.
