I had an excellent experience with JT Comforts from start to finish. Josh, the owner, personally worked with me throughout the entire process and walked me through everything with the Mass Save program. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and made what could have been a complicated process very easy to understand.JT Comforts recently installed four HVAC units for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation team was professional, efficient, and did a great job. They made sure everything was installed properly, cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to make sure I understood the new systems.I especially appreciated Josh’s communication and willingness to answer all of my questions. He made me feel like I was dealing with someone who genuinely cared about doing the job right, rather than just trying to make a sale.I would highly recommend JT Comforts to anyone looking for HVAC work, especially if you’re considering taking advantage of the Mass Save program. Josh and his team did an outstanding job, and I’m very happy I chose them!

Josh came to fix my furnace today. This has been an on going issue and I had been using another technician. I decided to call JT. He was professional, came on the same day I called and he figured out what was wrong immediately. I now have a company I can trust and use in the future. I highly recommend Josh. If I had called him to fix the problem in the beginning I would have saved thousands. He knows his stuff!! Thanks Josh
