I had a very great experience with the customer service at Scales Barber Academy (EAST POINT)! I have been there twice—once with Eric and once with KAY—and both did an excellent job with my pixie cut and shadow fade.The instructor was also very helpful and professional. He guided Eric through the cut and explained how to work with my hair so Eric could better understand how to achieve the style I wanted. I really appreciated the patience, professionalism, and attention to detail from everyone. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend Scales Barber Academy!

The space was clean and welcoming, the staff was incredibly friendly, and it was clear the students are being taught very well. A special thank you to Eric for going above and beyond and providing free back-to-school haircuts for the kids. That gesture meant a lot to our family. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to others!

I highly recommend this immaculate location for discounted barbering services (with card instead of cash) because I always get the best haircuts from any of the students! I admire the academy for having teenagers in a program to show them barbering skills; what an awesome way to teach them in a positive and professional environment!🫡

This is an amazing barber school. Very clean and well laid out. Very professional staff. I got a cut and beard trim for 12 dollars and was very pleased with my student barber ERIC. I’ll be back !!

I was impressed by the feeling of the place. It’s very open, clean, airy, nice. For a $15 cut I just expected shavings but it was an awesome space. My haircut was excellent and an instructor stopped in when he needed to because the same section of my head seemed like it was being cut die ten minutes straight. I think this is a win win for both the students and the public and I’m happy to have found out about it.

When I took my son there to get a haircut, it was amazing and I will be going there from now on. It was very great and affordable for everyone. We were very satisfied and amazed.
