Fantastic! Finally I found an HVAC technician that was able to fix our home Furnace. He was kind and professional, Identified the issue, went to get the parts from the warehouse and came back the same day to replace them. He also gave us some advices and the best part is that the price was just honest for the job. 100% recommended. I have to add that other 2 companies came and worked charged me and never fix the problem really.

I had a leaky sink in our cabin that needed to be fixed quickly. I called Monday morning and was given the response of "I will have someone there in an hour." Not even 20 minutes later the technician called asking for our gate code. He arrived and was very friendly and got right to work. He made the repair and told me if the problem persisted to call them back. It did continue to leak very slightly so I called back that afternoon. He wanted to come back that evening to repair it but I was not going to be home. Knowing I had to leave by noon on Tuesday he said he would come at 8am. Not only did the original technician come back but also his supervisor came to make sure everything was repaired correctly. He was very informative and explained to his tech why it was possibly still leaking and gave him the guidance to fix it. I cannot believe the level of customer service with this company! I will recommend them to anyone I know with plumbing problems. What's even better is they also do work in the Central Valley where I live.

This is my second time using this company. This time, I had them remove a cast-iron tub and put in an acrylic tub, 3-piece acrylic tub surround that attaches directly to the stud, the rough-in, valve, shower/tub fixtures, and drain. The team is very friendly, professional, and polite. Because of the way prices worked out, they also threw in a toilet install and a vanity sink install for free with some other benefits. Prices were reasonable and affordable. I really appreciate that they let me do a lot of the work myself and save some money so that they could do the parts that I wasn't comfortable doing myself; they let me do the demolition of the tiles and wall and do the flooring. They also let me buy the items (the valve, the trim for the valve, the showerhead, the showerhead arm, the tub, the surround, the toilet, the vanity, the faucet, the tub spout, the tub drain, the sink drain, and the tub overflow); a lot of other competitors force you to buy expensive, not ideal products from a catalog. They worked on the project for two days and did a great job.
