Eco-Dry saved my couch! After a nasty pet mess, I was worried my couch would never be smell-free. But Rich wasn’t worried, he knew exactly what to do!From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with them. Rich responded promptly to my inquiry and even was able to come out the same day. While in my home, he and Ben were nothing but respectful, very organized and neat. They were thorough and detail oriented, and made sure the problem areas were thoroughly cleaned. The products they used were not smelly, and left just a light perfume scent. They assured us everything was pet safe and would dry quickly. My couch is dry and smell free the next day! I am so happy and would work with these guys any time, and refer them to anyone.THANK YOU!!!!

Rich was absolutely amazing. I had three large couch cushions with significant staining and, unfortunately, they had an S-code (solvent cleaning only). I was sure I was screwed. Rich took one look and said, "I can do it without using solvent, no problem." A few days later and he had them looking like new!Great pricing, great communication, and great customer service. Rich is very professional. He arrived on time, was careful inside and protected floors while moving around. The cleaning job was top notch and didn’t smell of toxic chemicals. We looked again 24 hours later and all the smells that were there the day before are gone and the carpet looks fantastic. We would recommend Rich to anyone.
