Coming from a cold place to beautiful yet very hot Arizona my entire body was aching and holding too much water. Kristi was able to have me last minute and I had one of the best MLD massage. She has much knowledge about lipedema and about how to treat it that I could easily have spend an entire day with her. I left feeling much lighter and no pain which is a big bonus for me! I will definitely come back and try her other services.

This was my first sound healing experience.Kristy was so kind and welcoming. The environment was incredibly relaxing. I recommend everyone try this, as it was amazing! I travelled from Indiana, and she was able to fit me in, which made for an excellent visit.
