Leak - Called Matt - Inspected roof - Roof tune up - Leak fixed. Here I thought I was gonna have to file a claim and deal with the insurance carrier. Matt was very transparent, inspected our roof, and informed me that our roof had a couple years left in it. We did a roof tuneup and fixed the issue.
