I’m coming up on a year at C4Fit in San Diego, and I can honestly say it’s changed my life in ways I didn’t expect. I first joined for the Strength Training classes because I wanted to learn weightlifting without feeling lost or intimidated. The coaches made me feel confident right away — and now I’m even taking Circuit Training and HIIT classes (which is wild, because I used to loathe cardio!).The energy here is warm and welcoming, and the community is truly something special. Everyone is friendly, kind, and non-judgmental — it feels like getting a warm hug when you walk in. Coach Nicole keeps me laughing the whole time, and Coach Haley always pushes me just a bit further than I thought I could go.Not only am I stronger physically, but my mental health has improved tremendously.
