Andrew took care of replacing an outdoor outlet. He arrived promptly at the beginning of the provided 2 hour window, investigated the issue, explained what was needed along with the cost prior to proceeding, and then he showed/tested the finished work for us. He was polite and also careful to wear slip covers over his boots in the house which was appreciated.

They replaced my circuit breaker panel and upgraded my service to 200amp. This involved cutting concrete to make space for the new pedestal, and they did a beautiful job—a perfect semicircle in the concrete. Then the inspector who came days later said, “Whoever did this went above and beyond.” Then he pointed at the surge protector they installed and said, “This technically isn’t required yet, but it will be on October 1st.” They even hooked our living room up to a generator so we could watch TV all day while they worked. Six stars!

Ader was an awesome help with an outlet that had a ground fault as detected by our EV charger's guardrails. He tested everything, and then took pics and videos and started a 3 way conversation with us, the EV charger seller, and Helping Hands to collaborate on a solution, which was truly above and beyond. He kept us updated throughout the trial and error and we really appreciated that!

I had a variety of medium to minor issues in a condo I recently acquired. It took a disappointingly long time to get an appointment. I was, however, pleased with the service when it finally took place. Pete, the electrician, was knowledgeable, kind, and polite. He took into account the fact that some repairs would be quite expensive and thought about other approaches that could save me some money. He worked quickly and quietly and kept all work areas clean. Highly recommend!

The prices offered by this company are 2-3x more expensive then what other electricians offer. It also took them several days longer than expected for them to get back to me about questions I had about the quote they gave me.

Pete and AJ were outstanding. Very knowledgeable and professional. Completed the work beautifully and quickly. Everything they did works great. They also shared information about the work they did and brought us in on some choices. Super nice guys, very competent, reliable and efficient. Highest recommendation.

Power is out all over the city following the big storm June 10th; one branch crashed down and hit my power line. Only mine. MGE was out at 9:45 the next morning while I was away, left a note saying the weatherhead needed repairing before they could reattach the wire.I call Helping Hands based on my daughter’s recommendation. Chris was very polite, said they were very busy, but he has a guy in my area and would check with him. This was around 1:30.I got the call back, Ader would be there around 2:30. This is when the next round of thunderstorms started, just after he got his ladder up. So Ader took a break, came back and waited in his truck for about 30 minutes again waiting for a break in the thunderstorm. He eventually left since it wasn’t clearing. I left to eat at my family’s.Around 7pm, Ader came back and completed the job. I was thrilled, it was so unexpected! It was one less worry for me going into the next morning. My neighbor was so impressed with Ader’s dedication, that he said he will start using Helping Hands. I always will. Thank you so much during this rough week.

Ader Viloria Was fantastic to work with and had great communication skills. He was able to not only help me with my bathroom vent, but also fix my ceiling fan in my master bedroom. If you use this company, I would ask for Ader as he was wonderful to work with. A great guy.

We’ve been happy Helping Hands customers for years and I can’t imagine calling any other place when we need something electrical done. Over the years we’ve had various small and medium sized things we’ve called them for - most recently they were able to fit us into the schedule quickly after I accidentally lost the wires for a new thermostat in the wall - and it’s always been a great experience. They do really terrific work, the pricing is reasonable, and the electricians are always super nice people. Highly recommend.

The installation of our EV charger went very smoothly. Helping hands was very polite and communication was excellent. They even called to ask if they could arrive an hour early. The work took exactly the amount of time expected and we received a senior citizen discount. A very positive experience.

I had a wall switch in a 3 bank switch for a ceiling fan replaced. The electrician arrived on time and completed the work quickly. The wiring on two of the switches was reversed so that the middle switch was on a different breaker switch. He swapped the two around and then also wrapped each switch so that the wires were not exposed and could not accidentally be bumped on future work. I was very pleased with the service.

I would highly recommend Helping Hands Electric. They handled an issue I had with my smoke detectors in a very friendly, professional and timely manner, even squeezing my work into their busy schedule. I very much appreciated that. Ader, the person from the company doing the service call, did a great job!
