We had Ricky with CNR out to do some remediation work for water damage and mold. He and his crew did a great job of removing material from all impacted areas. I was grateful that they were thorough and followed proper protocols for containment and cleaning. After speaking with multiple mold remediation companies, CNR came recommended to us because of their process- everything was done under containment and negative air pressure, they removed all water damaged and moldy areas, thoroughly cleaned, and testing was performed once they finished the job. Ricky was very kind and easy to work with. The company sent updates and reminders for scheduled work and they were very prompt in responding and communicating throughout the process. Thanks, CNR!

Highly recommend CNR! Ricky and his team are amazing. They are extremely professional and have excellent customer service. Ricky was always available for calls and questions throughout the whole process - which was very helpful in our particular situation. He also came out very quickly for an estimate after my initial call, and answered all of my 1,000 questions knowledgeably and honestly. Cree and the rest of the team came out the very next day to complete the work, and they did a great job! They were also very kind and courteous.
