Hinge has been transformative for me. I’ve never been particularly athletic and in my early 30s had yet to find an exercise program that I enjoyed enough to be consistent and see results. Weightlifting had not once been on my radar. Fast forward several years and I am stronger than I ever thought possible.I first found Hinge as a newly post-partum mom looking for safe movement with a knowledgeable trainer. A certified pre-natal and post-partum coach, Hinge’s owner Sarah was the perfect fit. At many points throughout my strength journey, I’ve struggled with self-doubt or fear of trying a new lift - I simply cannot say enough about the level of care, encouragement and individualized attention I’ve received from the Hinge team. It is an incredibly safe space for ALL levels, ALL bodies and ALL ages and the sense of community is very special.I currently attend their strength-con classes as well as their women’s-only strength offering (shoutout to Coach Jen who is the absolute BEST). For me, Hinge offers the perfect amount of variety to keep me challenged, progressing and enjoying every workout. Wherever you are in your journey - completely new to lifting, avid lifter, post-injury, pregnant or post-partum - there is a place for you in our Hinge community, ready to welcome you with open arms and a perfectly timed “you can totally go heavier” :)
