Xavier....I can't say enough good things about him. Patient, thorough and knowledgeable are the first things that come to mind.The exterior of my home had been completely remodeled by another company only 2 years ago. This included gutters, siding and decks. But, among the issues were gutters that didn't drain properly. In some sections, the water was going behind the gutters rather than into them. They came back several times saying they fixed it, but not so much. When it rained, there were waterfalls coming down my siding. Inside the home, with each rainfall, one could also hear extremely loud drops of rain hit my aluminum window frames.So, I decided to hire another company to fix the problem. Well, I researched online and landed on Xavier with 757 Exteriors, and he identified the issues right away. Among other issues, he explained that the drip edge was behind the gutters instead of going into them. The other company had installed the new gutters inproperly. He came back that week and fixed all the gutters, and there are a lot as there are several bump outs.In one section of the gutters, Xavier also discovered the other company had used electrical tape to tryto prevent the rain from going behind the gutters. A company that has been around for 50 years, and that was their solution!! Well, Xavier took off all the tape. Then, used Goo Gone to remove all the blackish/grey tape residue stuck to my white facia (I think it was). In the end, he fixed the issues and went above and beyond the agreed upon price.It is now nice and quite inside the home and no more waterfalls outside!Thanks Xavier! Less
