I had been trying to decide between two manufacturers of stacking vinyl windows for my 3 season room/catio which was going to be under my renovated 2nd floor deck. The first manufacturer didn’t have a distributor in CT and that was problematic. I really wanted to see and feel the windows before making my decision. So then I searched for my other choice which was Sunspace and thankfully found a distributor! I got an instant feeling of “this is the right one” when Phil answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable and quite charming with his English accent. He drove out to my house to show me the windows and go over all the options. At that time my project had just begun and the space was just that...an empty space. I tried to describe what I envisioned and showed him some drawings. He was really excited about how it was going to look and that made me feel really good. As my project unfolded over the next few months I periodically sent Phil photos of where we were and I always got a “looks great” or similar response from him, which was nice….I really appreciate having responsive people that I work with. Finally we were ready to measure for the windows and the guys came out and took all the measurements. My windows were ordered in September and after a seemingly tortuous amount of time finally were ready in early November to be installed. Phil was so apologetic about the amount of time it took, I actually felt he was more upset than me. I wasn’t really even upset, just disappointed that the weather was getting too cold for my 3 season room to be used and I wouldn't get to enjoy it. So the windows went up in a couple hours and I was so happy to finally see my vision! It really looked just as I imagined it! Plus I happened to have a little infrared fireplace that I moved in there so that even when the outside temp is super low I can heat it up to about 60 degrees or more if the sun hits it right! And now my cats have a safe space to watch all the birds and wildlife which was a major reason why I wanted to build it in the first place! Phil is a great guy to work with, he stands behind his products and anytime I had a question or minor issue he would email or call me right back. I am looking forward to using my new 3 season room for many years to come!

WALLS UNDER was the perfect solution for upgrading our old screen porch. The available glass panels needed because of the height of the porch, as well as the Driftwood color option for the aluminum made it a perfect choice for us. And complete installation in just over one day!
