The representative who assisted me with getting signed up was very polite and helpful. However, the actual plan does not cover 2 of my medications and it’s been difficult to get any help from the actual manufacturer who I was referred to by customer service. I’m trying Abdi. Since signing up for a new plan but it’s been an uphill climb.
