There were some hiccups in the very beginning due to us moving in right after the New Year's holidays in the beginning of January; some communication delays due to staff being on holidays (understandable!) caused a bit of confusion and anxiety for us. The reason that this isn't a 4/5 is because our liaison with the company, Carmen, was incredibly kind, understanding, and immediately took charge of the situation after we reached her to provide us with a solution within a day.
