Far to often I've hired out home improvements to end up disappointed in the person I hired. I'm glad to say that WAS NOT the case with DK Solutions. From the beginning until the end of the project Kevelyn & Diego handled everything in a polite, caring and attentive manner. They have now done 2 jobs for me. The 1st was repairing drywall that had got wet and required a section of the wall to be replaced & painted. The 2nd project was painting our kitchen cabinets. Both jobs were done on time and with quality craftsmanship. Any and every item of concern was handled immediately & politely. Diego & his crew were very respectful of my home & furnishings. My wife even commented about how they would always walk around her area rugs on the vinyl floors. It's the little things like that which makes you know they take pride in both their craftsmanship & personal dealings. On the contractual side Kevelyn was prompt, concise & professional. She very quickly after they looked over the jobs emailed me a contract that fully explained the job process, time line, business insurance and cost estimate. Kevelyn was quick to answer any questions or concerns (which were few) of any matters that arose during the construction. In closing I would highly recommend DK Solutions for your remodeling, painting or repairs.

Thought they were great at first and they completed the job in a timely manner. Handed them the final check and they told me they would be back in two days to pick up the trash (part of what I was paying for with the final check). The day they were supposed to pick up the trash was December 4th (today is January 21st). Since then I showed them some parts on the bottom of the wall they took off the wall paper from while working. You can’t see it unless you bend down but it’s obviously something they would have noticed and should have repaired. I also tried to contact them when a countertop company could not even put it in because the shelves they put in were not level. Tried countless times calling and texting them about the problems and the trash but they have ghosted me apparently at this point. They filled the trash bags they left all over with so many heavy objects you couldn’t possibly even lift the bags without them breaking so I wonder if they ever planned to pick it up at all. Very disappointed with this company and lesson learned, should have held the check until it was inspected properly (though I wouldn’t have known to see if it was level) and they came to pick up the trash. That’s what I get for putting in my trust in them I guess.

Hired them to install new door and they were quick to respond, gave a good price, and did an excellent job removing old door and installing new. Prompt, on time, and wonderful clean up. My door looks great.I have already discussed and rehired for my next project.
